Rounds
To cut round cakes, move in 3 inches from the cake's outer edge; then cut a circle and slice approximately 1 inch pieces within the circle. Repeat until the diameter of the cake is approximately 6 inches across, then cut wedges until the cake is completely cut. Cut petal and hexagon cakes similar to round tiers.
Note: 6 inch diameter cakes should be cut in wedges, without a center circle.

Squares
To cut square cakes, move in 3 inches from the outer edge and top to bottom. Then slice approximately 1 inch pieces of cake. Now move in another 3 inches and repeat until the cake is completely cut.

Sheets
Cut Sheet Cakes similar to square cakes.
