Well, we've made it through the first 7 weeks! Completely sleep-deprived and hopelessly elated all at the same time. Talk about a range of emotions! I'll be back in business in the next month or so, so keep an eye out on the website. My projected date of return is September 1st, but it may be sooner depending on the little one's ability to sleep longer than 3 hours at night. :) Until then...
5/30/07:
I was wrong! I went into labor in the afternoon of the 27th (his projected due date) and ended up having him at 10:43pm! He weighed in at 7 lbs., 15 oz.s, at 20 inches long. I'm home now, and feeling great, other than a little sleep-deprived. Liam is taking to his new little brother better than we had ever hoped.
I'll be back in business in a couple months, so keep an eye on the website if you have any orders to place. I can also take orders right now for a few months in the future, so please feel free to call or e-mail me. Until then...

5/27/07:
Well, we've reached his due date and still no baby. Sigh. I was supposed to be induced at 39 weeks, but they've been SO busy at Rex Hospital that they still have yet to call. Since Monday is a holiday, they'll hopefully call on Tuesday (we've been first on the list since Thursday of last week). I'm still contracting, and have been for four weeks now, but they refuse to turn into the real thing. 'Nother sigh. I'll keep you posted! :) As always, one more picture!

Well, still no baby! I'm still contracting all day every day, so we're now going on 2 1/2 weeks... ...I'm SO ready to have this baby! Aedan seems to be taking his time, but we're still a little over one week away from his due date. I hope to be adding a picture soon of my ever-growing belly - I think he's going to be another big one! (Liam was exactly 8 lbs, 21"). I'll keep you posted on my progress, but until then, one more picture...
The Mashed Potato Incident...
I will temporarily not be taking any cake orders and here's why!!! :)
I have one precious17 month-old son, and am currently almost 8 1/2 months pregnant with my second son! The Braxton Hicks contractions are now coming regularly every day, so it shouldn't be long! I am getting ready to have my hands full, but it is all worth it. Below, I have attached a few pictures of my family!
